Interactive terminals.

 
Our interactive kiosks are currently being used by local administrations for the  delivery of administrative documents (e.g. car registration documents etc.), in cooperation with the french administration.
 

1. Ease of use.

Made for users that are not always comfortable with Internet, the navigation has to be as intuitive as possible without, for example, having to use a mouse.
 
Our kiosks are also very reliable : the software is not installed on the hard-disk but on a bootable removable device (CD or USB key), intrinsicaly protected in writing. In case of breakdown (generally due to unproper use), one simply has to reboot the machine.
 

2. Associated services

Linbox is generally asked to provide the following services :

• Assistance in system architecture definition, functionalities and accessibility.
• Day to day exploitation of the server ; hotline (from working days and hours to 24/7).
• Periodical softwares updates.
• Remote or on-site problem fixing.
