1. Support of free softwares for proprietary OS
We provide support services on our CD-Roms for ... distribution.
Support is provided for the following OS :
- Solaris 2.5, 2.5.1, 2.6, 7, 8, 9
- Irix 6.5
- HP-UX 11.
Listed below are the different services contracts we can provide :
- Bronze : cdrom + 4 hours of phone support or 8 e-mails.
- Copper : cdrom + installation in your premises of the distribution + 4 hours of phone support or 8 e-mails.
- Silver : cdrom + installation in your premises of the distribution + 4 hours of phone support + presentation of our free software distribution in your premises + update 6 month later of the distribution.
- Gold - mono-os service : cdrom + installation in your premises + fine integration to your computing environment + presentation + update 6 month later of the distribution in your premises + unlimited phone and e-mail assistance.
- Platinum - multi-os service: cdroms + installation in your premises + fine integration to your computing environment + presentation + update 6 month later of the distribution in your premises + illimited phone and e-mail assistance.

Support can include :

3. After-sales support of packaged products
It can be ponctual or contractuel and permanent. Il can include :
- maintenance,
- security updates,
- remote repair and other services,
- intervention on your premise guaranteed delays and variable time slots,
- installation and loan of preconfigured replacement hardware,
- total financing.
